This is not our grandparents’ workforce. We have traditionalists, boomers, Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z all on the job today, and they couldn’t be more different in beliefs and work ethic. Some are quiet; some are not. Some expect a feeling of belonging. Others focus on the business: but all expect more of their employers.
