Regenerative Farming and Biodynamics is a way to heal the earth, food systems and people. Soil is at the foundation of winemaking. As we can focus on soil health and nutrient density coming from life and biodiversity - and the balance between the grape and the vine with organically grown grapes - we can continue to advocate for a more balanced ripening and a fruitful earth. How can this important work be supported at the restaurant and/or hotel level? What can you do to make a difference today?
