Cami Lehmann serves as Director of Marketing at Brinker International, Inc. where she oversees Maggiano’s Little Italy® marketing department. In this role, Cami leads the marketing efforts for the brand including: food and beverage menu innovation and development, media planning and calendar, POP and marketing materials, and the digital Guest experience inclusive of CRM, social media, loyalty and website.

Cami started at Brinker on the Chili’s digital marketing team launching and supporting the first Chili’s loyalty program in 2015. In her tenure at Chili’s, she also held various roles supporting digital advertising, local restaurant marketing, delivery, and culinary and menu testing. The last two years of her tenure at Chili’s was spent leading beverage innovation and strategy for the brand which included the award winning Margarita of the Month program, record-breaking sales for national beverage holidays and continued recognition in the beverage industry for its diverse offerings, including the alcohol to-go launch. In 2020, she was promoted to her current role.

Cami’s passion for the restaurant industry started at the young age of 16, as a Host at Chili’s in the small west Texas town of San Angelo. She worked there throughout high school and college, and after graduation, Cami pursued other opportunities in digital marketing roles at Sally Beauty Inc. and Multiview, a B2B publisher.
Cami serves on the advisory council for VIBE, is a member of the Millennium Advisory Board and achieved level one sommelier status with the Court of Master Sommeliers. She holds a bachelor’s business administration degree with a major in marketing and a minor in advertising from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. As avid Texas sports fans, her and her husband Ross enjoy watching and traveling to games. They also enjoy spending time with their puppy, Lily, at new restaurants or in the sunshine at the pool or beach.
